The mission of the college is –
- To arrange general classes not more than 50 students in a section.
- To arrange classes on Method Subjects as approved by NCTE punctually and regularly.
- To arrange classes on Physical Education, Fine Arts, Music etc regularly.
- To see that no class whether on general subjects or on Method Subjects goes unattended.
- To arrange educational tour programme to a place of scenic view or of historic interest as per request of the majority of the participating students at their expenses once a year.
- To arrange cultural programmes, Swaraswati Puja festival, debates, seminars, symposiums, etc as per necessity, situation and tradition.
- To introduce Dress Code both for the students and for the Teaching and Non Teaching staff at reasonable prices.
- To maintain overall strict discipline and congenial environment for smooth and uninterrupted teaching in and around the campus.
- To inculcate the values of honesty, honour and integrity in the teacher trainees.
- To develop personality and ethical values
- To foster inquisitive mind and love for learning.
- To awake the values of care, compassion tolerance, respect for culture and heritage of the country.
- To create love for nature, environment and progressive international outlook.
